Rishabh Jogani - Partner

Rishabh is an India qualified lawyer with several years of experience. In addition to construction law, he specialises in shareholder disputes, intellectual property law issues, debt recovery claims and real estate matters. He regularly advises clients on various legal issues.

He has represented clients in both domestic and international arbitrations. He has done several ad-hoc arbitrations and arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA or SIAC institutional rules. He has represented clients in arbitrations governed by Indian, English, Singaporean, Kazakhstani and Sudanese law.

He has also managed complex litigations before the Indian Courts. As an experienced lawyer, he has managed hundreds of challenging disputes before various forums. He regularly advises clients on various legal issues. 

Rishabh has previously worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Mumbai, DSK Legal, Mumbai and Mr. Pradeep Sancheti, Sr. Advocate, Bombay High Court. Rishabh holds Bachelors of Law and Bachelors of Legal Science degrees from the University of Mumbai. He also holds an LL.M in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and also holds a Masters in Intellectual Property Law, IGNOU, New Delhi.

Adarsh Ramakrishnan - Partner

Adarsh is an Indian qualified lawyer. 

Before MRP Advisory, Adarsh worked in the international arbitration team of a Swiss law firm in Geneva. Previously, Adarsh was a senior associate in the arbitration practice group of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, one of the largest law firms in India.

Most of his experience lies in construction and infrastructure sector. He has advised and represented clients in arbitrations arising out of contracts executed in the UK, Switzerland, Jordan, Greece, Syria, Singapore and India. These arbitrations were in different sectors under Indian, English and Swiss law.

Adarsh has also represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, trial courts and tribunals on matters relating to commodity trading and financing, real estate, white-collar crimes, bank guarantees and service contracts.

He received his LL.B. degree with first division honours from Amity Law School, Delhi. Adarsh has also completed the MIDS LLM, a joint programme offered by the University of Geneva and Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.

Subsequently, pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Kurukshetra University, which is a part of the prestigious Association of Commonwealth Universities. With over a decade of professional experience she has earned accolades and client appreciation for a diverse range of legal services for handling complex construction disputes and arbitrations across various stages before courts and tribunals, providing insightful legal opinions on claim assessment during pre- dispute resolution stages, crafting persuasive arguments and representing clients in disputes and others. She is proficient in representing clients before courts and national & international arbitration tribunals, encompassing both ad-hoc and institutional frameworks, and is also empanelled as an Arbitrator with various institutions. She also serves as an external member on the POSH Committee for various organizations.

In addition to arbitration matters, she is experienced in handling matters pertaining to commercial transactions, real estate laws, employment and labour laws, insolvency and bankruptcy law, company law and family law. She has also completed her Masters in Law in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. She has worked with the Senior Judge at the Federal Court of Claims in Washington DC and also at a litigation law firm in Washington DC where she has practiced in the courts of Virgina, Maryland and Washington DC.

She has also practiced in the courts at Lucknow and represented clients in a wide array of matters before arbitral tribunals and Commercial Court, Lucknow. Misbah is an India – qualified lawyer with a focus on arbitration and commercial litigation. She read her Bachelors of Law at Government Law College, Mumbai and additionally holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Pune University. 

Prior to joining MRP Advisory, Misbah has interned with reputed law firms like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co., Trilegal, Constantine Cannon LLP in both India and London, which allowed her to gain experience in arbitration, litigation and commercial laws. 

Misbah is a member of YSIAC, Young MCIA. In her spare time Misbah is an active volunteer with the Aga Khan Education Board for India (part of the Aga Khan Development Network).

Sarthak Arora - Senior Associate

Sarthak is an Indian-qualified lawyer specialising in international arbitration and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on construction and infrastructure disputes. He is a law graduate from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. He has done his Master’s in Business Laws from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.

Shriya is an active member of Young ICCA, LCIA, WIPO and United Nations Volunteers. Before joining MRP Advisory, she worked as a trainee paralegal at LB & Co. Solicitors in the UK, where she dealt with IP and real estate disputes. At MRP Advisory, she’s been involved in high-stake domestic and international arbitrations involving FIDIC, EPC and other bespoke contracts.

Shivam Sethi is an Indian-qualified lawyer specialising in civil and commercial litigation, with a dedicated focus on domestic and international arbitration. At MRP Advisory, he has been involved in high-value disputes arising from large-scale infrastructure, transportation, energy, and industrial projects across South Asia and the MENA region. His work covers complex construction and engineering claims under leading arbitral institutions, including ICC, SIAC, LCIA, and DIFC-LCIA.

Shivam’s experience spans the entire project lifecycle, addressing issues such as extension of time, delay and disruption, variations, liquidated damages, and payment defaults. He also advises on contractual interpretation, performance failures, and compliance obligations, often coordinating with international quantum and delay experts to resolve multi-jurisdictional disputes effectively. Beyond his practice, Shivam regularly serves as a judge in ADR competitions and actively promotes student engagement in ADR by encouraging participation in arbitration competitions.

He further contributes to the arbitration and ADR community through scholarly publications and involvement in thought-leadership initiatives on emerging trends in dispute resolution. Shivam remains connected to the global arbitration discourse and advocates for the adoption of best practices to effectively manage complex commercial disputes.
