  • A Qatari construction support service provider in an arbitration against an Omani contractor. The arbitration is under a Subcontract Agreement to provide painting and scaffolding services for machinery in an International Airport Jet Fuel Supply Project. The arbitration is under the ICC Rules, with a Tribunal seated in London and governed by English law.
  • A Kuwaiti construction support service provider in an arbitration against a Kuwait based Construction company. The arbitration is in respect of a Sub-Subcontract Agreement for providing painting services in a project involving the upgrade of the existing refineries in Kuwait. The arbitration is under the ICC Rules and the seat is Paris.
  • A Kuwaiti construction support service provider in an arbitration against a Kuwaiti EPC company. The arbitration is in respect of a Subcontract Agreement to provide insulation works for a clean fuel project at a refinery based in Kuwait. This is a DIFC arbitration under Dubai law.
  • An Oman based stone supply and installation contractor in an arbitration against an interior contracting company in respect of a Subcontract Agreement for the supply and installation of stone cladding works for the development of an international airport in Oman. This is a Muscat seated arbitration under Omani law governed by the ICC Rules.
