Rishabh Jogani - Partner
Areas of Practice: Arbitration and Litigation
Rishabh is an India qualified lawyer with several years of experience. In addition to construction law, he specialises in shareholder disputes, intellectual property law issues, debt recovery claims and real estate matters. He regularly advises clients on various legal issues.
He has represented clients in both domestic and international arbitrations. He has done several ad-hoc arbitrations and arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA or SIAC institutional rules. He has represented clients in arbitrations governed by Indian, English, Singaporean, Kazakhstani and Sudanese law.
He has also managed complex litigations before the Indian Courts. As an experienced lawyer, he has managed hundreds of challenging disputes before various forums. He regularly advises clients on various legal issues.
Rishabh has previously worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Mumbai, DSK Legal, Mumbai and Mr. Pradeep Sancheti, Sr. Advocate, Bombay High Court. Rishabh holds Bachelors of Law and Bachelors of Legal Science degrees from the University of Mumbai. He also holds an LL.M in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and also holds a Masters in Intellectual Property Law, IGNOU, New Delhi.

Adarsh Ramakrishnan - Partner
Areas of Practice: Arbitration and Litigation
Adarsh is an Indian qualified lawyer.
Before MRP Advisory, Adarsh worked in the international arbitration team of a Swiss law firm in Geneva. Previously, Adarsh was a senior associate in the arbitration practice group of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, one of the largest law firms in India.
Most of his experience lies in construction and infrastructure sector. He has advised and represented clients in arbitrations arising out of contracts executed in the UK, Switzerland, Jordan, Greece, Syria, Singapore and India. These arbitrations were in different sectors under Indian, English and Swiss law.
Adarsh has also represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, trial courts and tribunals on matters relating to commodity trading and financing, real estate, white-collar crimes, bank guarantees and service contracts.
He received his LL.B. degree with first division honours from Amity Law School, Delhi. Adarsh has also completed the MIDS LLM, a joint programme offered by the University of Geneva and Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.

Shruti Khanijow - Partner
Areas of Practice: Arbitration and Litigation
Shruti is an international arbitration and cross border commercial disputes lawyer and is a partner at MRP Advisory, Dubai. Over the past decade, she has represented private parties and state entities in institutional (ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA and SIAC) and ad hoc arbitrations seated in India, London, Paris, Singapore, DIFC and Geneva under different governing laws. Shruti is regularly involved in complex high-stake engineering and construction disputes, and works to deliver successful outcomes for clients in disputes across a range of sectors, including infrastructure and energy. She advises third-party funders in funding high-stake arbitrations. She also has extensive experience in advising clients on shareholders and corporate governance issues, environmental law and ESG risk in India.
She is a steering committee member of the Young International Arbitration & Mediation Centre, India. She has earlier worked as law clerk to the then Chief Justice of India and with leading Indian law firms, where she has represented clients before the Indian supreme court, various high courts and tribunals. She holds an LLM in International Law (on full scholarship) from the
University of Cambridge, UK.
She taught legal issues’ management to high tech startups at Armenia on a Hughes Hall, Cambridge University scholarship in 2017 and regularly engages with fintech startups in Europe, MENA and India on governance issues

Somya Priyadarshini - Senior Associate

Somya is a dual-qualified lawyer licensed to practice in India and New York State. Her specialization is handling construction and infrastructure disputes. She also has diverse experience in commercial litigation, consumer cases and tender disputes before various courts and forums.
She has represented clients in both domestic as well as international arbitrations. She has handled various ad-hoc arbitrations and arbitrations under the ICC, AAA, UNCITRAL, LCIA institutional rules. She has represented clients in challenges to arbitral awards, challenges to appointment of arbitrators, enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and other litigation associated with arbitral proceedings. She has done several arbitrations governed by Indian, US, English and Caribbean law.
Prior to joining MRP, Somya has worked with Siegfried Rivera, Coral Gables, Florida, Robert A. Cedeno, P.A., Miramar, Florida, Chambers of Ratan K. Singh, New Delhi and Leges Juris Associates, New Delhi. She holds Bachelors of Law from Chanakya National Law University. She also holds an LL.M in International Arbitration from University of Miami School of Law.

Kunj Pandya - Associate

Kunj is an Indian qualified lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2015. She is specialized in handling matters pertaining to both civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Prior to joining MRP Advisory, Kunj has worked with the dispute resolution team of Solomon & Co., Mumbai wherein she has appeared before different forums like the High Court of Bombay, National Company Law Tribunal, City Civil Courts, RERA and Consumer Forum. In addition to arbitration matters, she is experienced in handling matters pertaining to commercial transactions, real estate laws, employment and labour laws, insolvency and bankruptcy law, company law and family law. She has also completed her Masters in Law in Litigation and Dispute Resolution. She has worked with the Senior Judge at the Federal Court of Claims in Washington DC and also at a litigation law firm in Washington DC where she has practiced in the courts of Virgina, Maryland and Washington DC.
Kunj has completed her Bachelors in Law from Mumbai University and her Masters in Law from The George Washington University in Washington DC.

Yashasvi Jain - Associate

Yashasvi is an Indian qualified lawyer, specialising in arbitration and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining MRP Advisory, Yashasvi was working with a retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India, also a renowned arbitrator presiding over arbitrations pan India. Yashasvi has experience in providing assistance in several arbitrations, both ad-hoc and institutional, in the field of infrastructure, construction and power and energy. She has assisted in drafting procedural directions, interim and final orders/awards.
Yashasvi has also previously worked as a Law Clerk-cum-Research Assistant at the Supreme Court of India. In her tenure, she has briefed a sitting Judge on several matters pertaining to civil and commercial laws.
Yashasvi holds a Bachelor of Law from National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.

Akshay Shankar - Associate

Akshay is an India-qualified lawyer, specializing in civil and commercial litigation. He has worked on a variety of matters, including construction arbitration matters, insolvency & bankruptcy matters, administration law matters, consumer complaints and company law matters.
As a practicing lawyer, he has represented a diverse set of clients including construction companies, commercial airlines, pilot associations, startups, commercial banks & private train container operators. He has regularly appeared before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts of New Delhi and various tribunals.
Prior to joining MRP Advisory, Akshay worked at APJ-SLG Law Offices in New Delhi.
He holds a Bachelor of Law from the Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University of Lucknow and is a member of the Bar Council of Uttarakhand.

Roshanara Rauf - Associate

Roshanara Rauf is an India qualified lawyer with prior experience in civil and commercial litigation. She has represented clients in several high-stake matters relating to government contracts, intellectual property rights, information technology and constitutional law. Having worked as an in-house counsel for companies in India and UAE, Roshanara also has experience in general corporate law.
She is an alumna of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies.

Divyansha Agrawal - Associate

Divyansha Agrawal is a is an India qualified dispute resolution practitioner with an experience of representing clients in civil and commercial disputes. Sagar Jaikumar - Associate

Sharda Srivastava - Associate

Sharda is an Indian qualified lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2019. She has specialization in handling matters pertaining to both civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Prior to joining MRP Advisory, Sharda has worked with the dispute resolution team of Solomon & Co., Mumbai wherein she has appeared before different forums like the High Court of Bombay, National Company Law Tribunal, City Civil Courts and Consumer Forum. She has also practiced in the courts at Lucknow and represented clients in a wide array of matters before arbitral tribunals and Commercial Court, Lucknow. Misbah Fazalbhoy - Associate

Misbah is an India – qualified lawyer with a focus on arbitration and commercial litigation. She read her Bachelors of Law at Government Law College, Mumbai and additionally holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Pune University.
Prior to joining MRP Advisory, Misbah has interned with reputed law firms like Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co., Trilegal, Constantine Cannon LLP in both India and London, which allowed her to gain experience in arbitration, litigation and commercial laws.
Misbah is a member of YSIAC, Young MCIA. In her spare time Misbah is an active volunteer with the Aga Khan Education Board for India (part of the Aga Khan Development Network).

Vivek Sharma - Associate

Vivek is an Indian qualified lawyer with a focus on dispute resolution. Before MRP, he interned at law firms in India and China. He holds Bachelor of Law from Amity Law School, Delhi and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He has also taken a language course from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi and attained elementary proficiency in Mandarin. Nikhil Ramdev - Associate

Vatsala Walia - Associate

Prior to joining MRP Advisory, she interned at various law firms. She has also worked as a research assistant in international research projects.
